This detached, single storey cottage on The Bay near Filey sleeps four people in two bedrooms. All ground floor. Two bedrooms with TV: 1 x double with TV and en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be king-size double on request) with Jack-and-Jill access to shower room. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.
Sea Breeze is a single storey, detached cottage on The Bay near Filey. The cottage has a double room with en-suite, a twin room which can be a king-size double if needed, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside is a private deck and communal grounds including lakes and picnic areas. There is use of the heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room, and additional facilities including the gym are available at extra cost. The beach is a short walk away, and Filey and the rest of the coast are easily accessible, making Sea Breeze an ideal year-round retreat. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Facilities & Amenities
Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for stove available to be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private decked front patio with furniture. Communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. The gym and additional facilities and activities are available at additional cost, payable on site. Note: Between the dates of 4th November to 16th December the leisure centre will be under renovation with no access to the pool, sauna and steam room. The gymnasium will still be accessible. However, there will be access to the Flower of May campsite swimming pool Monday to Friday. Access is complimentary with the Bay leisure pass.
