Electric central heating with electric fire place. Electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, washing machine. Smart TV, DVD player, WIFI, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking 50m away from the house. Large lawned garden area with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Local shop and pub within a 25-minute walk. Note: There is enough room for you to unload your car right outside the property, when parking please park about 50 meters down the lane where the lane is wider. Note: Take care the end of the garden that remains unfenced to make the most of the views, please supervise young children

Berrynarbor is a small village situated at the coastal end of Sterridge Valley and is surrounded by woodlands and farms. It is a friendly community, complete with a village shop and pub which serves food. Nearby, is the stunning coast which is an ideal location for bird-watching, walkers and artists, looking for inspiration. Further afield, are the large seaside towns of Barnstaple and Woolacombe, all within easy reach of this charming village.

"Easter cottage is nestled in a tiny village just outside Ilfracombe. Approachable from either the Ilfracombe side which despite being in a tiny lane, was easier than the village side. The views from the cottage of the sea and surrounding hills are simply breathtaking, a view one could never tire of. The cottage is huge with everything you need for a relaxing week away. There are 3 good to fair sized rooms two rooms over look the sea view, good storage space, the kitchen has simply everything you could ever think of to cook and even bake with should you be inclined, we personally spent every day out exploring eating at the many fast food and quaint restaurants and cafes. The WiFi is a little touch and go, there is a beautiful honesty wine rack, where you can take what you want as long as you replace and after a long hour drive is a thoughtful touch. The birds in the garden too kept my captivated. The bathroom is a little dated and could do with a free standing shower, in addition there is no parking out side Easter Cottage, but one can unload, which we did every night. There is a wider part of the lane which is not excessively far from the cottage, which is perfectly safe to leave you vehicle. The neighbours are very friendly."
