Gas central heating with gas living flame fire in sitting area. Electric cooker, microwave and fridge. TV with freeview, DVD player, Wifi, small selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Sorry, no smoking or pets. Porthmadog 1 mile. Tea room, bistro and restaurant all close by. Beach opposite. Note: The apartment is above the owners small bistro and coffee lounge. Customers will have their own set of keys to access the apartment (no time constraints for accessing the apartment after check in time). You are able to unload adjacent to the property. Please note: This property is above the owners bistro which is only open a couple of evenings a week in high season and closes by 10pm

Borth-y-Gest is an idyllic Welsh village, home to stunning Victorian houses and picturesque views over the estuary. Alongside its sandy coves and beautiful beaches, the village hosts two bistros and a coffee lounge, perfect for an afternoon snack. In close reach of Moel-y-Gest, it's the perfect place for walkers and wildlife watchers, as well as Snowdonia National Park being accessible too.
