Electric heaters, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with box top freezer, washing machine. TV with Freeview, WIFI, DVD, i-pod docking station, hair dryer, stereo. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking in car park. Shared use of communal grassed grounds with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 1.3 miles, beach 2 mins walk. Note: Dog to be kept on a short lead when outside the property anywhere on the Kessingland Cottages site. Please note: Due to site rules the owner is unable to take any bookings for working parties. Please note: No stag/ hen or similar.

Kessingland enjoys beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive. Nearby Lowestoft has two piers, an active harbour with a marina and berthing for larger ships, a golden sandy beach with attractions which include scuba diving, snorkelling, kite surfing and jet skiing, and a cinema and a theatre. Yarmouth offers lots of family fun with traditional seaside entertainments.
