Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Travel cot available. Off-road parking for one car. Rear terrace garden with furniture and pizza oven, in addition lawn area with further seating and a summer house. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 0.7 miles, pub within 1.6 mile. Note: Steps up to the lawn garden area are slippery when wet, children will need to be supervised when outdoors

Old Colwyn is a seaside town situated to the East of Colwyn Bay, on the North Wales coast. It is situated three miles away from the Rhos-on-Sea and is within close reach to the attractions of Welsh Mountain Zoo, Eirias Park, a number of local golf courses, and a selection of restaurants and pubs in both Old Colwyn and Colwyn Bay. Day trips to the popular town of Llandudno and the historic town of Conwy.
