Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for 3 cars, roadside parking. Enclosed rear garden with lawn and patio with furniture and charcoal BBQ. Access and keys to local tennis courts. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5-minute walk. Note: Guests should be able to join the tennis club, as weekly members themselves, by going to the village Post Office to complete a short form, pay subs and obtain the key to the two tennis courts.
