It houses two bedrooms, each completed with zip/link bed, which can be made into king-size double beds if required. Outside, you will have access to off-road parking, suitable for two cars and a garden with a lawned area and patio with BBQ. Off-road parking for two cars. Garden with lawned area and patio area with BBQ. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. Local shop and pub within a 15-minute walk. Note; The property sits near a main road, road noise to be expected

Austwick is a small village resting on the edge of Yorkshire Dales National Park. Within the village itself, you will find a traditional pub, serving food, a hotel for fine dining, shop and a Post Office for daily amenities. This area is a great base for walkers, with limestone pavements, caves and open moors to explore, as well as challenging cycle tracks. Nearby, are the villages of Settle, Kirkby Lonsdale, Skipton and Kendal, providing a good selection of amenities and attractions.
