Storage heaters. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. TV, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Shared lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Please be respectful of others using the shared garden (you may be asked to keep your dogs on the lead). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.9 miles. Note: Access to shared laundry room with coin operated machines.
