A traditional cottage situated near the village of Boncath in Pembrokeshire. It can sleep up to four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x mezzanine double bedroom, 1 x ground floor twin (zip/link can be super king on request). Downstairs bathroom with a separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, sitting room and dining area, with woodburning fire. Kitchen prep room.
Bwthyn Lan is a traditional-style cottage, found within the village of Boncath. It houses two bedrooms, one mezzanine double and a ground floor twin bedroom. Inside you will also find an elegantly styled bathroom posing a walk-in shower, bath tub, basin and WC. You will also find a spacious living room, boasting a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting room with woodburning fire and a charming dining space. Outside you will have off-road parking, suitable for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden space. Bwthyn Lan is the perfect getaway for a family holiday to the Welsh countryside. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. Facilities & Amenities
Oil central heating with underfloor heating and a woodburning fire. Dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed, lawned garden area with a hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed. Local shop is 1 mile away; pub is 2.5 miles. Note: More logs for the woodburner can be purchased from the owner if needed. Note: Crog Loft Style Stairs, care to be taken and not suitable for young children or limited mobility. Note: There are single steps down to prep kitchen, bathroom and twin bedroom.
