Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Hot Tub, Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Gravelled drive leading across to the enclosed lawn area accessed via four steps with hot tub, seating and charcoal BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Beach 4 miles, shop, pub and restaurants 3.5 miles. Note: Property contains low beams and ceilings, care to be taken. Note: Property has steps inside, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Arrival time - 4pm. Note - You will need to sign a disclosure when you check in to the property - this is to agree to the T&Cs of using the Hot Tub

At the point where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty meet, is where you'll discover Combe Martin. This small seaside resort, with all of the necessary amenities, is a great attraction for locals and visitors alike, and is home to a very popular beach as well its own Dinosaur Park. Follow the 230 hidden steps down to Golden Cove for some notable views.
