Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Shared patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Note: Unsuitable for the elderly/infirm as accessed via a metal external open-tread staircase (15 steps) - the steps are covered to protect from the elements. Note: Check in is 2pm and check out is 10am.

The Victorian seaside town of Llandudno has a grand promenade, two beaches, and a selection of shops, pubs and eateries. For views over the town and coast, head up the Great Orme using the tramway or cable car. The rest of the north Wales coast is easily accessible, as are the delights of Snowdonia, and the beaches and villages of Anglesey.
