Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner.

Gravelled courtyard, garden beyond the driveway with access to private river bank. Off road parking. Use of outdoor tennis court - times to be scheduled with the owner. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub and shop 0.2 miles.
