The Coach House is a detached property located in Lympstone, Devon. It stands in the grounds of a larger country house surrounded by farmland and views across the Exe estuary. They have one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a separate family bathroom. It can sleep four people in two bedrooms. It has an open plan living room with a wood burning stove, dining area and a small fitted kitchen, which opens out onto a paved patio with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. They have a 10m indoor swimming pool in a detached outbuilding a short distance from The Coach House. There is ample parking directly outside the property. The Coach House is the ultimate holiday destination. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Patio with furniture and BBQ. Shared use of owners indoor swimming, exclusive use possible via prior arrangement (Easter- New year). Off road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking, Shop 1 mile, pub 1 mile. Note: The pool is available from Easter holidays until and including New year. Note: Please bring your own pool towels
