Overview
This historic barn conversion is situated in Little Coxwell, Oxfordshire and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor super king size double, 1 x ground floor twin, 1 x first floor double (is located in the old barn, connected to the new barn via a small walkway) Bathroom with bath, hand held shower, basin and WC, en suite shower room with shower, basin and WC (en suite in twin bedroom). Kitchen. Living area with woodburner.
Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Central heating, woodburner. Large 5 ring electric range cooker, triple oven-grill, large American style fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. TV, DVD, WIFI, iPod dock. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Small courtyard with BBQ. Ample off road parking. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 0.3 mile. Note: The third bedroom is upstairs in the old barn, which is connected via small walkway to the new barn.

"Beautiful Little cottage with lots of light. In a quiet area with lots of lovely walks. The owners live next door with five lovely sausage dogs and a cat that thinks he is one. We didn't really see them though. the only negative is that there is no bathroom upstairs and there isn't anywhere for children to play outside."
