Home Farm (16) is a magnificent farmhouse situated just outside of Cokethorpe, Oxfordshire. It is set at the end of a mile long drive, in the stunning Cotswolds grounds. Internally, there is a living room with a piano, a fitted kitchen with a dining area. There is a second living room with a wood burning stove, as well as a playroom for children. Upstairs has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom and WC, four twin bedrooms, and two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and WC. There is a separate bathroom and WC. There is an enclosed garden area with furniture and a barbecue available. The property has uninterrupted views over the countryside with its immaculate gardens, including a tennis court and a large gated pond. Children have access to the climbing frame and swings also. Ample off road parking is available. Home Farm (16) is an excellent cottage for those family breaks. Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.
