It is located on a very quiet lane, on the edge of the village of Norton St Philip and has been carefully and stylishly improved fixtures and furnishings such as the stripped wooden floor. The owners are famous artists and have used this to their advantage while decorating the property, in order to make it a home away from home. Inside has an open-plan living room with a dining area, as well as a fitted kitchen with large doors that lead into the garden. Externally, there is a lawned garden area with a bench provided. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom with a separate bathroom and WC. Springfield Cottage is the ideal secluded property for a romantic holiday.

This historic Somerset village idyllically rests in the centre of a quartet of AONBs; the Cotswolds, Mendip Hills, North Wessex Downs and the Cranborne Chase engulf Norton St Phillip. Said to be around since the 13th century, the village is home to a Co-op convenience store as well as a range of characterful and traditional pubs, the George Inn is believed to be at least 400-years-old, it also hosts a 14th century Grade II* listed church. There is something to suit every taste in the area surrounding Norton St Philip, from seemingly endless scenic countryside, to the unforgettable locations of Bath, Shepton Mallet and Bristol where you can tour a multitude of high-quality shops, bars and restaurants as well as some breath-taking architecture.
