The Old Milking Barn is an impressive barn conversion located in Evenlode, Gloucestershire. It is set in the grounds of the owners stunning farmhouse and has been carefully converted with contemporary living in mind, for example there is a cinema-style projector for a TV. The property opens up to an open-plan living room with a wood burner, a fitted kitchen and dining area. Upstairs you will find two king-size double bedrooms with one en suite shower room and WC and a twin bedroom accessed via a small step ladder. There is a separate bathroom and WC, as well as a ground floor cloakroom and WC. Outside there is a stone courtyard with seating and a lawned area. Parking is available at the property. The Old Milking Barn is ideal for those who enjoy the countryside. Shop 3 miles, pub 2.5 miles. Note: The twin bedroom is accessed via a small ladder to access the top bunk and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Evenlode, Gloucestershire is a scattered village situated in the beautiful Evenlode valley. The village consists of a fine Norman church and a wonderful network of footpaths leading to the villages of Chastleton, Broadwell and Lower Oddington. There are numerous pubs in the area with many serving good food and the nearby market town of Moreton-in-Marsh offers a good range of amenities and has the largest open air market in the Cotswolds.
