This wonderfully appointed, detached house rests in the Isle of Wight village of Totland and can sleep seven guests in four bedrooms. Four bedrooms: 2 x king-size double, 1 x twin, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin, bidet and WC, ground floor bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, separate shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner with woodburning stove. Utility. Living room with open fire. Second family room with T.V. including Netflix. Conservatory with comfortable seating and dining area.
Arden House is a beautiful, detached cottage located in the delightful village of Totland on the Isle of Wight. It boasts four bedrooms; two king-size doubles, a twin and a single, sleeping seven altogether. There is also a bathroom, ground floor bathroom, kitchen/diner with woodburning stove, utility, sitting room with open fire, second sitting room and sun room with dining area. To the outside is off-road parking for four cars and an enclosed front garden with a lawn. Arden House promises a restful break with plenty to see and do in the area for a fun-filled break the year-round.

Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, inc linen and highchair. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed front garden with lawned area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Beach side shop, restaurant and pub 0.1 miles. Shopping centres at Yarmouth and Freshwater 5 min drive away.

Totland rests in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the west side of the Isle of Wight. It offers local shops and pubs and unspoilt coastal scenery. A footpath will take you to Freshwater in ten minutes where you will find its golf course and public swimming pool and you can also take a chair lift from Alum Bay and enjoy some of the wonderful views across the sand cliffs to the famous 'Needles' chalk stacks and lighthouse beyond.
