Electric underfloor heating with open fire. AGA, Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, separate freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, games and DVDs. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 6 cars. Garden with patio and furniture. Well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk and pub 10 mins walk. Note: As the property is set in a tranquil village location, no stag/hen parties, or similar are allowed. Note: Check in time 4pm, check out time 10am
