Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave. TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Private roadside parking to front of the property and private parking to the rear and lockable storage shed. Enclosed garden to the rear. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub and shop within a 5-minute walk. Note: This property has a check in time from 4pm.

Cockermouth is a market town situated within the north-western part of the Lake District. It hosts a number of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as an impressive history. Whilst here, you can visit the National Trust property, Wordsworth House which was the birth place of William Wordsworth in 1770. The town also has access to the scenery and walking in the northern lakes.
