Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Courtyard to the front of cottage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, selection of restaurants and pub 2 minutes walk. Beach 30 second walk. Train station with trains to Llandudno and Conwy 30 second walk. River taxi to Conwy 30 second walk.
