The cottage has a double bedroom on the first floor and downstairs, a wet room and open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off-road parking for two cars, a courtyard area with furniture and shared use of the B&B grounds. Allerton House Stables is a cosy and convenient base for guests looking to enjoy the amenities of the town as well as the countryside of the Borders, and the fascinating history it holds. From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Courtyard and furniture with access to shared lawned garden. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Property not suitable for infants or children.
