Small enclosed garden to the rear with furniture. One small well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking however smoking is permitted in the garden. Shop and pub 3 mins walk.

The seaside town of Ilfracombe lies on a stretch of North Devon coastline, with five beaches, much of it owned by the National Trust. Ilfracombe is only a ten minute drive from Exmoor National Park, it boasts a harbour and quay along with many pubs, shops and restaurants and frequent live music. From here, take a wildlife cruise, a fishing trip or a boat trip to Lundy Island. Ilfracombe also boasts a number of Michelin Guide restaurants, Fore Street boasting a Michelin-starred restaurant among its many eateries, local fish being prominent on their menus. To the east are the villages of Lynton and Lynmouth with its clifftop railway, and to the west lie Clovelly and Hartland.
