This exceptionally large, Georgian cottage is nestled on the outskirts of Abergavenny in Monmouthshire and can sleep 18 people in nine bedrooms. The property is over three floors. There are 9 bedrooms on the two upper floors: 1 x master with en-suite, 1 x double with en-suite, 4 x double, 1 x twin and 2 x single. There are 3 separate bathrooms, two with walk-in showers and one with a bath and over bath shower. There are 2 x ground floor cloakrooms with WC. 2 x kitchens, both with dishwashers, one with breakfast bar and large dining table. 1 x large dining rooms to seat 16. 1 x large living to seat 16 with tv. 1 x games room with snooker table and TV. 1 x large entrance hall with sofa.
Pentre Court is a very large, detached property resting on the outskirts of the wonderful town of Abergavenny in Monmouthshire. It comprises nine bedrooms over three floors; two doubles, two second floor singles, three second floor doubles, one with en-suite shower, one super king-size double with en-suite shower and one twin room, sleeping 18 in total. Outside is a lawn, swimming pool, patio and seating area, along with off-road parking. Pentre Court offers fantastic accommodation to large groups in a delightful area of South Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Central heating with electric burning stove. 2 x electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, small additional freezer, microwave, 2 x dishwasher, TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. 2 x highchairs and one travel cot available. Lawned gardens with outdoor swimming pool and seating, private patio with seating. 2 Well behaved pets welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 1 minute walk. Note: Steps up and down into some of the rooms. Note: pool is available from mid May until late September: please contact office for further details. Note: Children to be supervised in the garden and by the swimming pool at all times. Note: Please supervise dogs at all time as the garden is not enclosed. Note: Wood burning stove is decorative only. Note: Pentre Court can easily house two families/groups wanting to holiday at the same time whilst maintaining privacy, as the property can be split into two self-contained units with separate kitchens, dining rooms and staircases.

Abergavenny, the Gateway to Wales, nestles between the seven mountains which surround it, with the River Usk flowing through it, so there are views in every direction. The town boasts a castle with its own museum, churches, an indoor market hall, shops, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. Beautiful walks through the Wye Valley and Vale of Usk, or along the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal are close by or explore the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains.
