Electric heating, electric fire, woodburning stove. Electric oven and electric hob, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Public parking 5 mins walk. One well-behaved dog welcome, there will be an additional charge. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 minute walk. Note; 8 steps upto the front door, may not be suitable the infirm or elderly, not suitable for children under 6. Note; No Stags/Hens.
