This lovely detached cottage is located in Llanrug, Wales and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms. Over two floors. Four bedrooms: 1 x ground floor super king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with sitting area and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor king-size, 1 x super king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), 1 x single. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and open fire.
Lakeside Cottage is a lovely detached cottage located in Llanrug, Wales. It has four bedrooms: one ground floor master super king-size with an en-suite shower room and WC, one ground floor king-size, one super king-size and one single. There is a ground floor bathroom and WC, as well as a first floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a dining area and open fire and a separate fitted kitchen. Off-road parking is available. Outside has a patio with a private hot tub, large gardens and a meadow with access to private pontoon and lake. Shared on-site facilities including indoor heated swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and spa, children's adventure park and soft play area, as well as a children's and adult entertainment programmes. Lakeside Cottage is a delightful property to return to at the end of a busy day. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil central heating and open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. 4 x Smart TV's, DVD player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Patio with private hot tub, large gardens and meadow with private access to private pontoon and lake, Secure storage for bikes by arrangement. Shared on-site facilities including indoor heated swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and spa, children's adventure park and soft play area, as well as a children's and adult entertainment programmes. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (not in bedrooms, please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Lake 1 min walk. Holiday park facilities, Country club, bar and restaurant and Italian bistro 10 mins walk from cottage. Note: There is open water and a stream within the grounds of the cottage. Note: Children must be supervised at ALL times in the hot tub, gardens and at the lakeside. Note: The staircase is slightly steeper and narrower than normal. Note: Whilst most of the accommodation is ground floor, there are one or two internal steps. Note: All park facilities are fully available, all year round and free of charge to guests staying at the cottage, with a 50% discount offered on all activities. Note: This property has a private water supply.

Llanrug is a large village located in Gwynedd, Wales. The village offers public footpaths, all of which offer extensive views of Snowdonia including The Carneddau. The village also offers two convenience stores, fish & chip shop and two hair salons. The church of St Michael is a Grade II* listed building. Bryn Bras Castle is a Grade II* listed country house located on the old road between Llanrug and Llanberis.
