Bala is a market town set in the Snowdonia National Park. The town is ideal for those that have an interest in watersports, with the following activities on offer; sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and white water rafting, The town itself has a range of interesting shops, inns and restaurants, and an historical Town Walk. An ideal location for touring all of North and Mid Wales including the Cambrian Bay Coast.

"Absolutely love this house, a home away from home, perfectly located for nearby shops & eating places. Bala Lake is only a ten min stroll away. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished so thoughtfully by Paul & Annmarie. An amazingly big bathroom was a pleasant surprise too! We had a very relaxing time away, less than an hour to most local days or destinations, or just stayed local. Recommend a visit if sunny to cool off in the River Dee under the bridge at Carrog! You can catch the train into Llangollen from there too. Hope we will visit again! Thank you! X"
