This lovely stone cottage is located in the village of Tregony in Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x bunks. Wet room with shower, bath, basin and WC. Kitchen. Open-plan living room with sitting area and dining area.
Elm Cottage is a single storey, stone cottage nestled in the village of Tregony, near Truro. It comprises a king-size double room alongside a bunk room, sleeping four people in total. There is a purpose built wet room for those with limited mobility and kitchen with an open-plan lounge/diner. To the outside is off-road parking for several cars, and a private and enclosed garden with sun patio and BBQ area, again with level access for a wheelchair. With idyllic countryside surroundings and stunning vistas towards the Roseland Peninsula, Elm Cottage is the perfect home-from-home for you and your family.

The world famous Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the National Maritime Museum at Falmouth, Charlestown historic maritime village and the Cathedral city of Truro with its shopping centre, cobbled streets, restaurants and theatre are all within 10 miles. Nearby are several safe, sandy beaches and the coastal path just waiting to be explored.

"We had a lovely stay in Elm Cottage with our small dog, Norton. The cottage had everything we could need and was well equipped. It was warm and clean and very comfortable. We had the sun rise to the front and sun set to the rear of the cottage. Quite special. There was a lovely wooded area at the bottom of the site which we hadn't expected, which we all enjoyed. There was a good sized slabbed area with a drying line to the rear of the property and views out over the fields. If a larger dog were to stay here, guests would have to be vigilant about the dog managing to go over the back fence. However, a more substantial barrier would have spoiled the very enjoyable views. Vose Farm was well situated for our travels around this part of Cornwall. We were approximately 1 mile away from The Crown Inn, St Ewe where we had an evening meal. Our dog was made welcome. We were approx 6-8 miles from The Polgooth Inn, Polgooth which was a very busy pub (you might wish to book a table), where we and our dog were made very welcome. We had a very comfortable and happy stay in Elm Cottage at Vose Farm and have no hesitation in recommending this holiday venue. Sent from my iPad"
"My wife and I have stayed here a couple of time over the last couple of years and found the site, cottage and owners all to be perfect. The bungalow is newly built and has all modern equipment. Wet room, bath chair all wheelchair accessible, your own patio area and parking at the front with wide access throughout. The site is so clean and a huge dog walking area with a wood, a lake and Childrens play area. Quiet roads all around and about 10 minutes to quaint Mevagissy"
