Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Free public parking 150m away. Enclosed courtyard with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome, downstairs only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 minute walk, pub across road. Note: Bar across road plays live music two nights per week. Note: The steps in the property maybe a little steep for people with limited mobility. There is also one small step into the en suite bathroom
