Westpoint is a wonderful cottage situated near the delights of Conwy, Snowdonia National Park. Hosting seven bedrooms; a second floor king-size, a first floor king-size, a first floor king size double (zip/link) two first floor twin rooms, a ground floor double, and a ground floor twin, along with a family bathroom on each level, this property can sleep up to 14 people. Inside you will also find a first floor cloakroom, kitchen/diner with breakfast bar, sitting room with electric fire, and a games room/utility. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars, and roadside parking, and an enclosed patio with furniture. Located in a lovely setting with beaches close by, Westpoint is a spacious cottage in a desirable part of Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV's with Freeview, DVD, Nintendo Wii, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off-road parking for 3 cars, and roadside parking. Enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile and pub 9 mins walk. Note: Garage doubles up as a games room/utility area with washer/dryer.

The Victorian seaside town of Llandudno has a grand promenade, two beaches, and a good selection of shops, pubs and eateries. For views over the town and coast, head up the Great Orme using the tramway or cable car. The rest of the north Wales coast is easily accessible, as are the delights of Snowdonia, and the villages of Anglesey. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast too.
