This terraced accommodation is situated in Whitby on the North Yorkshire Coast and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Over four floors. Four bedrooms: 2 x twins, 2 x king-size one with en-suite shower, WC, and basin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC with Jack and Jill access to one twin and one king-size. 1 x family bathroom with rolled top bath, shower & basin. 1 x separate WC. 1 x ground floor wet room with shower, basin, and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Ground floor sitting room with sofa bed and second floor sitting room.
Lavender House is a lovely terraced Victorian property, residing in the lively seaside town of Whitby in North Yorkshire. It comprises four bedrooms over four floors; two twins, a king-size double with an en-suite Jack-and-Jill shower room and a double with an en-suite shower, sleeping eight guests. There are two sitting rooms as well as a kitchen/diner, a wet room and a bathroom with a separate WC. To the outside is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis, a front lawn and a rear enclosed courtyard. Lavender House is a delightful base in a wonderful region of England. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Lawned garden at front and enclosed courtyard to the rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its coastline and close proximity to the North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.

It was clean, bright and airy. Plenty of room for everyone to get some space. A lovely touch was a welcome card, biscuits , milk and a bottle of bubbly. Thank you and we'll definitely book again."

Just returned from an outstanding surprise family 60th Birthday for 10 people...The house (our home) for the weekend was more than we could ever have wished for. Excellent facilities, amazing home interiors, 5 minute walk into Whitby, the kitchen was great for eating, we chose to stay home and eat in as it was so cosy and easy,,, everyone had a bathroom.. a brilliant location and loved the first floor lounge overlooking the harbour and Abbey in the distance. A definite recommendation,,, we will be back. The Young and Meyer families"
