Electric radiators with woodburning stove. Small electric freestanding oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking. Patio to the front with furniture. 5 acres of land. Pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 miles and pub 1 miles. An excellent base for walkers. Note: Steps inside the house between kitchen and lounge and bedrooms. Please note the property is at the end of a private road with no lighting. Please note due to the location of this property it may not be suitable for some with mobility issues.

The village of Llanddona is situated three miles from Beaumaris on the Isle of Anglesey. The village offers a Blue Flag beach and a pub, and the area is perfect for walkers. The medieval town of Beaumaris offers a 13th century moated castle, shops, pubs, restaurants, museums and a golf course.
