This first-floor apartment overlooking Ambleside sleeps two people in one bedroom. All first floor. One king-size double bedroom. Shower room with basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
19 The Lakelands is a first floor apartment with views over Loughrigg Fell. The apartment has access to on-site facilities at an additional cost, including an indoor swimming pool and sauna. There is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, a bathroom with shower cubicle and heated towel rail and a king-size double bedroom. Outside is off road parking for one car. 19 The Lakelands is perfect for exploring the Lakes, whether enjoying the many walking routes, sampling the many cafes and restaurants, or simply spending time by the water on one of the many lakes, meres and waters for which the region is so famous. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Facilities & Amenities
Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car (space 2m wide). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pub 2 mins walk down a steep hill. Note: Initial access via approx 14 steps down from parking area. Once the key for the front door of the building has been collected from the flat, the lift can be used.

Given its excellent position at the northern tip of Lake Windermere - England's largest lake - Ambleside makes a superb base for touring the central Lakes. The town itself is famous for its annual rushbearing ceremony and the diminutive 17th Century 'Bridge House' - one of the most photographed buildings in the Lake District.
