Latterbarrow Cottage is a luxury ground-floor converted barn cottage as part of a cluster of five converted cottages in the rural hamlet of Outgate. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, one double and one twin and a family bathroom. It is tastefully furnished with a modern interior complementing the characterful stone exterior of the property. Outside there is a private patio area within communal gardens, with seating and characterful stone walls. Private parking is available for one car with extra for guests. Located within walking distance of the village pub and with Hawkshead, Langdale and Ambleside no more than ten minutes away, Latterbarrow Cottage is the perfect home in which to enjoy a relaxing stay in this stunning part of the Lake District. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. Washer/dryer located in external laundry room. TV and DVD player, WiFi. Electric and gas included in rent. Towels and bed linen are also provided. Luxury boutique hotel-style high thread count bed linen (400+TC). Cot and highchair are available. Rear enclosed garden. Private patio which has garden furniture provided as well as shared communal gardens. Off road secure parking for 2 cars. Secure bike storage and boot racks. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Two pubs within walking distance.
