Manhattan is a tastefully decorated second floor apartment in the seaside resort of Scarborough in North Yorkshire. It can sleep two people and has a super king-size bed that can be converted into two single beds. It also has a modern bathroom and an open plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. In the latter there is also a double sofa bed that could sleep an additional two people. The property has no private parking but the owner provides a parking permit. With its easy access to the town centre and seafront, Manhattan is the perfect property for a couple wanting to stay in the charming resort town of Scarborough. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Electric central heating. Ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Owner provides parking permit for roadside parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Lift access inside building, however there are some steps to front door. Shop and pub 5 minute walk.

Popular since Victorian times, the bustling seaside town of Scarborough retains many of its original fine buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its castle which overlooks the town. There are two superb stretches of golden sandy beach popular with families. There are a number of child friendly activities and many excellent visitor attractions for grown-ups too, including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre for live music. Scarborough is a great location for outdoor activities, with golf courses, lovely coastal walks along the Cleveland Way, stunning cycle routes such as the old railway to Whitby, beautiful sailing and championship quality surfing.
