Access to utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge/freezer space. Highchair and travel cot available. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Off-road parking with separate secure storage for bikes, fishing tackle and golf bags. Private garden and patio area with furniture and gas BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub and butcher are 1.4 miles and general shop is 2.4 miles. Note: Property can be booked with Refs. 998754 and 998752, they sleep eight together.

Tideford is a charming small village, situated within east Cornwall. This small village plays host to a traditional pub, serving great food, a butchers, a florist and a garage. Situated within 7 miles is the larger town of Saltash, where you will find an excellent selection of pubs, restaurants and shops to enjoy. Additionally, the town plays host to attractions, which include the Mount Edgcumbe Country Park and the Trematon Castle.
