All on ground floor, it consists of two bedrooms; a single and a double, sleeping three people altogether. There is also a shower room, a kitchen, conservatory/dining room and a sitting room with an electric fire. To the outside is off-road parking for 2 cars, a pretty front garden and an enclosed rear lawned garden. Poets Retreat is a cosy retreat with access to Forest of Bowland AONB, offering a memorable holiday break. The North West of England has something for every discerning traveller. Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV with Netflix, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Front garden with bench, enclosed rear garden with patio, sit-in arbour and decking. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Even though this property is all one level, the property is accessed by 2 steps at front door and 2 steps at the rear entrance to the property.

A village forming part of the conurbation, Thornton-Cleveleys, in the borough of Wyre on the west Lancashire coast. Thornton offers a range of amenities, including a sandwich bar, a fish and chip shop and a high-quality bar/restaurant, the Bay Inn. There is much to do in the surrounding area, from the beach and amusement arcade at Thornton-Cleveley, yachting on the nearby River Wye and a plethora of walking and cycling paths, countryside views, wildlife and villages in the Forest of Bowland AONB. You can also visit the seaside resort of Blackpool just five miles away, providing a thrilling day out for everybody to enjoy.
