Outside there is a patio garden with stairs leading to another level with wooden decking. There are two off-road parking spaces for the property a short walk away. Situated in a charming little village in the Dartmoor National Park, this lovely property provides high quality accommodation for a family or couple. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Gas heating and wood burning stove. Gas range cooker, firdge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars available, but it is a short walk from the property. There is a garden to the rear with a patio area and steps up to a second level with wooden decking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 5 minute walk, shop 2.5 miles.

Situated in the Dartmoor National Park, the quaint village of Yelverton is the perfect base for anyone wanting to explore its natural beauty. There are plenty of walking and cycling routes in the area such as the 21 mile-long cycling and walking route Drakes trail, which runs through the village and links nearby Tavistock and Plymouth passing through wooded valleys and open moorland.
