Oil central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hair dryer, Webos Smart TV with Freeview, Netflix and Amazon Prime. WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Safe off-road parking for 2 cars and motorbikes. Small patio open to the front with chairs. Shared use of enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Lockable bike storage on request. One well-behaved pet welcome. Please note: Stabling and paddocks available for 2 horses. A parking space is also available for a horse box. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 8 minutes drive, pub 4 minutes drive. Note: Garden pond lies in parking area so children must be supervised at all times. Note: Owners do have their own dog on the premises. Note: No children under 6 years. No dogs allowed upstairs.
