This attached barn conversion sits close to Lancaster and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (one with en-suite shower, basin and WC). Bathroom with a freestanding bath, hand-held shower, separate shower, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen. Living/dining room.
Bilbo is an attached coach house conversion situated near Lancaster. It provides three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, as well as a family bathroom and a cloakroom, it can sleep six people. Inside it also benefits from a kitchen and a living/dining room. To the outside you will discover plenty of off road parking as well as a patio with furniture and 200 acres of grounds. Bilbo is a tasteful holiday home within easy reach of renowned countryside and coastline, perfect for couples wishing to get away together. The North West of England has something for every discerning traveller. Whether it is the fabulous sandy beaches of its famous seaside resorts or the historic backdrop of some of the country's oldest cities, it has something for everyone.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and cot available on request. Ample off road parking. 200 acres of grounds with ponds and river, patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Children and pets to be supervised due to pond and river in grounds. Note: Stables for two horses is available on request, please contact the owner for further information. Note: Electrical cars can not be charged at the property

Lancaster is a stunning city with striking architecture and a wealth of superb amenities and attractions to take advantage of. From here you can tour the Forest of Bowland AONB for breath-taking countryside, while Morecambe Bay is also close by for a day on the coast. The market town of Kendal is also accessible and is full of charm.
