Electric heating, with oil fired heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Private off-road parking in the driveway for 2 cars. Gravel area with furniture. Small enclosed area at rear and porch for storage. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.

St Agnes is a village on the Cornish coast with four beaches and surrounded by countryside. Coasteering, kayaking and horse riding are all available and St Agnes has regular events and gigs. The shops offer everything from food to, there is also a range of quality dining choices. Perranporth is another beautiful coastal spot, whilst the city of Truro is less than 10 miles away and promises a visit to remember.
