Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD player, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking using a permit outside the property and on nearby streets. Shop and pub 2 minute walk, beach 5 minute walk, train Station 10 minute walk. Sorry no pets, and no smoking. Note: This property is on the second floor and is accessed via two flights of stairs.

The vibrant seaside town of Scarborough retains many of its original buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its historic castle which overlooks the town.
