It comprises three bedrooms; one double, one king-size double and a single, all on the first floor and accompanied by a family bathroom. There is also a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an imitation electric woodburner. Outside is a west-facing rear garden and an east-facing front garden with patio furniture. There is off-road parking for one car. Enjoy this luxurious North Wales home in style. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front patio, also rear patio (not enclosed) with furniture. Shed to be used for garden furniture storage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Entrance to property is at the rear with a key safe located next to the shed. Note: There is an extra designated off-road parking space if needed. Note: The property is steeped in history and if you would like to know more, the owner is more than happy to share with you. Note: There will be houses being built in the opposite field in 2020.

Deganwy, situated on the banks of the River Conwy, has a marina, a small selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and retains the ruins of Deganwy Castle. There are activities to suit all interests on offer in this area; from sea fishing, walking and climbing in the Snowdonia range to enjoying the castles, mines, beaches and gardens of the North Wales Coast. Deganwy is only a few miles from the holiday resorts of Conwy and Llandudno; Conwy boasts a medieval castle, town walls and a marina, plus winding streets which offer something for shoppers and diners alike. Llandudno was very popular during the Victorian era, and this is evident in the architecture and the promenade.
