Embleton is on Northumberland's Heritage Coastline, neighbouring Craster and Dunstanburgh Castle. It has a pub and a hotel, as well as a local shop for any last-minute amenities, while there is a wider range in Alnwick. The gardens at Howick Hall are worth a look, whilst Alnwick Castle and Garden are a must-see. Venture into the Northumberland National Park for remarkable views, or soak in the beauty of the bay from the lovely village of Embleton.

"Great place to stay. !0/10 for standard of accommodation. 10 minute walk to excellent beach. Two dog friendly pubs/hotel for food and drinks within 5 minute walk.Country walks also on the door step. Lovely little friendly Church in the village."
