It offers two bedrooms which are made up of a king-size and a twin room with zip/link beds and an en-suite, along with a bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Externally, the property offers plenty of off-road parking as well as a patio with furniture. 6 The Pottery is a stylish apartment placed wonderfully for exploring this superb area of Devon. Designated parking outside for one car. Further parking can be found roadside.. Patio with furniture. Maximum 2 small dogs allowed, sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 15 minute walk. Note: Three steps up from entrance hall to king-size bedroom and bathroom. Note:- This property does not accept children under 14

Dartmouth is on the banks of the River Dart in the South Hams area of South Devon, within an AONB. It offers a waterfront, narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus events such as the Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. There are cycling and walking routes around, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and country lanes.
