Hosting five bedrooms; a king-size double, two twins, and two singles, along with two shower rooms, and a Jack and Jill bathroom, this property can sleep up to seven people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner, lounge/diner with woodburner, sun room, and a snug. To the outside is off road parking and a lawned garden to the rear with patio, furniture, and a garage. Resting in a pleasant location with much to explore close by, Lleferin is a memorable cottage in a much desired part of Wales. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 5 minute walk. Note: There's stone steps to reach the property.

The harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula. The village, a popular sailing venue, offers three beaches, as well as shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs to explore, plus the towns of Pwllheli and Criccieth are nearby, and within driving distance are the Snowdonia National Park and Anglesey.
