Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.

Tideswell is a village in the heart of the Peak District National Park. There is excellent walking with rugged peaks to the north, gentle hills and dales to the south and Millers Dale just outside the village. Mam Tor and Castleton are only a few miles away and the Spa town of Buxton is within a 15 minute drive. The market town of Bakewell is also just a short drive away and well worth a visit.

"A lovely cottage near the centre of Tideswell. Plenty of room for two but perhaps tight for four dining. A pleasant surprise was cupboard space to unpack our groceries. Heating was good and the separate conservatory great for enjoying the evening sun. A covered back entrance is handy for muddy boots when you come back from your walk. Not really suitable for anyone with mobility problems because of the stairs. This is our third rental in Tideswell and the one we shall return to,"
