Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared patio with furniture. Shared use of outdoor heated swimming pool in April-September. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 minute walk, pub 2 minute walk. Two well-behaved dogs welcome although they must be kept away from the pool area.

This quiet little village sits in a beautifully rural location in Southern Cornwall. Mawgan offers a convenience store and a high-quality pub serving food. For a wider range of amenities, take the short trip to the town of Helston which offers a plethora of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are a number of Cornwall's most popular coastal resorts nearby, with Falmouth just 10 miles away and is a must-visit with its stunning harbour and the glorious Pendennis Castle. From Mawgan you can also easily reach mainland Britain's southernmost point at Lizard, a wonderful day out is ensured.
