This immaculate Grade II listed cottage is in 5 acres of grounds in an AONB on the banks of the River Kennall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Over two floors. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en suite bathroom with power shower over bath, 1 x ground floor double. Sitting room with dining area. Fitted kitchen. First floor mezzanine with sofa, chair and door to small decked area. Ground floor shower-room with shower, basin and WC.

Perranarworthal is a small village in Cornwall set alongside the River Kennall. The village has a local inn, cricket ground and lovely church. Less than a mile away is Perranwell Station where you will find all the amenities you could need, with a Post Office, village store, and a local railway station from which you can travel to Truro and Falmouth.

"My family had a wonderful time at the Brass Bolt Shop. The site is very interesting with such ancient buildings having been so beautifully restored. The house itself was neat and clean and the beds comfortable. We lacked for nothing in the kitchen and it quickly felt like home. We loved our afternoon walks along the river and took delight in the abundant bird life. The village is very peaceful and the main town and shops an easy 2 mile drive. Thank you to our fabulous hosts who were friendly and quick to answer any email or phone questions. We will definitely refer our friends and family to the Brass Bolt Shop!"
