This spacious, detached, modestly styled dormer bungalow in St Mawes is close to beaches and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms. Over two floors. Four bedrooms, three ground floor 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin with basin (third single bed available for alternative sleeping), 1 x single. 1 x first floor king size double bedroom with en suite shower-room. Sitting room with open fire and dining area, second sitting room with sea glimpses and doors to verandah. Galley-style kitchen, utility room with shower cubicle and separate WC. Ground floor wet-room with shower, basin and WC.
Blue Seas is situated on the hillside above St Mawes, a spacious, detached, dormer bungalow on two levels, with sea glimpses through trees. Sleeping seven in four bedrooms ? two double, one with en suite shower-room, a twin and a single, plus another shower-room. The living-dining room has an open fire and leads to a second living room with doors to a verandah. Kitchen and utility room. Large, gently sloping lawns with garden furniture and BBQ for children and dogs to run and play, sheltered by pines and looking to St Anthony Head. Also a useful outdoor area for rinsing sand and storing sailing and swimming gear. This is a simple seaside holiday home in a brilliant area for beaches and the beautiful Roseland Peninsula. Ten minute walk down to restaurants, shops, harbour and beaches but return may take longer! Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for four cars. Enclosed garden with barbecue. Four well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking.

St Mawes is a small fishing village situated on the Roseland Peninsula, part of Cornwall's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is surrounded by rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush countryside and has a notable historic castle guarding the entrance to the River Fal.
